My TM phone line has been down since last Saturday, and so was my Streamyx. It is such a shame that I could not have many important updates up and running in a timely manner. It was back about 2 hours ago after 5 days of agonizing wait. What was supposed to be some busy days turned out to be a mid-week rambling. Apparently, my house was not the only one affected; somehow the faulty covers an area of 1km to 2km radius. Since my phone was out and my mobile cannot dial 100, a friend helped to report my case on behalf, and according to the TM rep who spoke to him, some underground cables were broken, or perhaps stolen.
