No Minimum Wage in Malaysia, Yet

No minimum wage will be introduced in Malaysia pretty soon, in spite of the mounting pressure from the Malaysian Trade Union Congress, MTUC. According to the Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the introduction of a minimum wage ‘requires a thoughtful and careful assessment’.
