Mixed Employment Trend in Singapore

Singapore is showing a rather mixed employment trend for the first quarter of 2008 year review.
While the country’s unemployment rate has increased by about 2% amidst the economic uncertainties, the overall employment growth continued to remain strong with a total of 73,2000 new employees hired in the 2008 first quarter.

MUET Result Out 16 July 2008

MUET, or the Malaysian University English Test result for the mid year will be released on Wednesday, 16 July 2008. It was announced by Majlis Peperiksaan Malaysia (Malaysia Examination Council), MPM today.
A total of 91,268 candidates sat down for the MUET examination in close to 900 institutions nationwide.
