The company is a result of a split between partners of another renowned firm, McKinsey and Company (McKinsey & Co.), which occurred some 70 years ago. The AT Kearney Procurement Solution (ATKPS) is a unit under AT Kearney that focuses on providing solutions and service related to supply chain and management. ATPS helps their clients streamlining and accelerating the sourcing and supply management process through category procurement solutions. The work at ATPS combined the utilization of leading-edge eSourcing technology and market-driven insight and research work.

ATPS is presently looking for Strategic Sourcing Associates and Analysts who will coach customer’s category team through the e-enabled strategic sourcing process. The candidates need to have a Business or Engineering Degree (and above) from a top university with strong academic achievements. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in strategic sourcing, consulting or/and purchasing experience.

Successful candidates will be based in Kuala Lumpur and serve regional focus in their work. Before being based in the KL operation, they will undergo a 6 weeks training program in the US before commencing the work.
