I am writing to express my wish in withdrawing my resignation which was submitted on 20 July 2008.

After rounds of discussion with my manager Mr Sam Neeson, I have come to a conclusion that I will be staying put instead of pursuing with the offer from another company.

I am fully aware that my resignation may have caused inconvenience on your end and as such please accept my sincere apologies for the hardship. I will render my full cooperation by abiding to the right processes and procedures during the retraction of my resignation.
