  1. I have signed the contract of service dated on 17th Feb 2009 for the duration of 2 years of service. The contract stated that I will be under 6 months probation of which I should not bring an end to premature or I will have to pay back the indemnity in lieu notice.
However, under severe pressure and ill-treatment from my superior, I have tendered my resignation letter dated on 30th MARTH 2009.
Recently, I have received their letter notifying that they reserved their right upon my prematured resignation.
What should I do and am I liable to pay back the indemnity? Will they take legal action against me?
    Kindly, pls. advise. Thanks Betty
