SHELL Malaysia Trading Sdn Bhd has been in existence for more than 100 years in Malaysia. Its main core business is refining, supplying and shipping crude oil and petroleum products. It is also involved in marketing and selling transportation fuels, lubricants and specialty products and provides technical services. After such long period of operation, the company has proven itself to be one of the most successful multinational companies dealing with the manufacturing, distribution and sales of petrochemical and energy products.

SHELL Malaysia trading is presently looking to fill up a number of SAP job positions, which are based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia. Please take note this is a senior position where candidates are required to have many years of experience. The 3 currently available jobs are Global SAP Application Specialist in the following niche:

SAP MM (Material Management)
SAP BW (Business Warehouse)
SAP FICO (Financial and Controlling)

For all the positions, the candidates need to have a degree in Information Technology (IT) or equivalent, with minimum of 5 years working experience in the related specific SAP fields.

SAP MM (Material Management):

The experience required is in the SAP MM with Hydrocarbon Management experience that also includes the primary distribution process. You must be familiar with the Supply Purchase and Sales as well as Exchange Agreements. Also, you need to have the wide understanding on Excise Duty, claims and liabilities generated as a result of product movements, Margin Segmentation, FIFO Calculation and CSC Pricing. The candidates need to be team players.

SAP BW (Business Warehouse):

SAP BW implementation or support experience is required to shoulder this job. Hence the SAP BW skills and other SAP modules functional skills will be necessary. The candidates must also have a proven track record in BW functional design technical know how. You must also be able to lead a medium to large team especially in the global environment. This position will provide great exposure in GSAP new dimensions and cross-cultural working environment.

SAP FICO:

The candidates wishing to apply for this position will have a prior working experience in SAP FICO implementation and support. Also, a cross knowledge in Sales Distribution, Material Management and Production Planning modules, as well as basic ABAP Skills will be desired to carry out the duties. The incumbents also need to have a hands-on experience managing a medium to large size of teams locally and globally. Strong leadership and change management skills are essential for this job.

For all the 3 positions above, the candidates are expected to provide outstanding leadership to a global and dynamic virtual team and ensure the services provided are adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) as per stipulated. You will also be responsible in the supervision, monitoring, tracking and communicating role and ensure all Application Specialists working with SHELL Malaysia Trading in your team are delivering their best.
