If you are looking for a job in the government sector, this is your chance to give it a try. According to Tan Sri Jamaluddin, there will be about 50,000 vacancies this coming July 2010 when the current civil servants who have reached 58 years old retire.

At 58 years old, you MUST retire, whether you like it or not. It is not an option. By that time, you could be hired to fill one of the 50,000 vacancies. However, application is not opening yet as there’s another two months to go before it is July 2010.

If you are handicapped, rest assured that there a 1% of quota specially for handicapped persons (or OKU), which is equivalent to 216 vacancies available in different departments.

Interviews will be conducted in different locations so that more people could attend the interview sessions.
