L4T To Nurture Malaysia Young Leaders

The L4T, or Leaders For Tomorrow group, is a newly established non-profit organization aimed to develop and nurture young Malaysian leaders.

It was founded by a number of Malaysia’s young corporate executives, with Tengku Zafrul Aziz as the chairman.

Tengku Zafrul was hired by Air Asia’s Tony Fernandes as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Tune Money (Tune Money is also Fernandes’ brainchild), and made headlines after its hire-and-fire role in The Firm reality show last year.

Zafrul is also expected to make similar appearance on the later stage of the show’s season two this year.

Leaders For Tomorrow (L4T) will be running a number of programs throughout the nation involving young professionals and its members, covering various subjects including technology, globalization trend, economy and industry development.

L4T membership is open for any working Malaysians who have reached the age of 21 but not exceeding 40. A minimum qualification of SPM is required to join the organization. An annual fee of RM100 per year will be imposed to members on annual basis. For those who are under 21 years old, a special program, Cilipadi is also designed to identify potential and outstanding secondary students coming from the under privileged background through a mentorship initiative.
