In the 2009 university ranking published by Times Online, the position between 11th and 20th, as expected are occupied mostly by universities in England.
Edinburgh becomes the sole representative in the 11-20 table, just like St. Andrew does for ranking 1 to 10.
While these universities did not score top marks that would grant them entry for top ten places, each of them comes with their own strengths and uniqueness that attracts students for various reasons.
For example, Bath and Edinburgh are always considered the most conducive places for studies, as they have one of the most beautiful landscapes. Some others just their university just because it’s close to home.
