Job vacancy: Field Support Engineer, Senai, Johor
Responsibilities:
- Be Part of the Field Service Team in service, installation, repair and retrofit of automated process and test equipment at customer sites in South East Asia.
- Assist in training the customers on the operational and/or maintenance aspects of Media Process equipment.
- Provide daily / weekly report to the Field Service Manager.
- Customer and service oriented.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechantronic or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 2 years related experience
- Willing to work flexi hours and on weekend
- Able to travel at short notice
- Experience in storage industry is an advantage
- Able to communicate patiently and effectively in English And Bahasa Malaysia with different levels of people in the customer’s premises
- Must be independent, enthusiastic and good interpersonal skill.
