FELDA, or Federal Land Development Authority, is the nation’s premier land development entity and agency. It was established in a year before the Malaysia Independence, in July 1965 to assist the government carrying out development especially in the rural areas.
Initially, FELDA’s main role was to channel and manage financial assistance and aids to the state government in carrying out land development scheme. It was given a broader role later and entrusted to carry out its own development and settlement scheme throughout the country.
The opening is available to Malaysians who fulfill the requirements as per stipulated.
- Age 18 years and above by the closing date of the application
- Degree in Accountancy from tertiary learning institutions recognized by the government and Public Service Department (JPA)
- Pass Bahasa Malaysia/Bahasa Melayu (including the oral test) in Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or relevant qualification recognized by authority
The job application must be done using Felda Form 1 (Borang Felda 1 Pindaan 1/2003) which is available from the Human Resources Department, Wisma Felda, Kuala Lumpur. Candidates applying through mail postage must enclose a self-addressed 32cmx22cm envelop and with a stamp of RM0.50.
If you are presently working with the government, government-linked organization or local authority, you will need to notify your immediate superior about your application. A copy of performance evaluation and statement of employment needs to be enclosed with the application.
