DSHSB was incorporated on 1st April 2005, with the main objective of providing and assisting clients with debt collection services that cover all sectors of debtors.

Our cores business is to assist clients in expediting their collection of past due accounts and bad debts, thus minimizing the impact of debts on clients’ cash flow.

Our company is created and managed by a team of professionals. We house a dedicated team of experienced credit officer with more than 10 years of working experience in various major collection agencies and large corporation as well. All our undertakings are conducted in a professional, ethical and legal manner.

Job vacancy: Admin Clerk, Petaling Jaya

To handle overall clerical jobs that involve in office Administration. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
• Direct interaction with walk-in client and over the phone for office related general enquiries.
• Handle clients’ accounts.(prepare invoicing, credit and debit note, record and update in server, chase outstanding payment)
• Set up and coordinate meetings – coordination of meeting time between departments, take down meeting minutes,
• Monitor and administrate staffs attendance•
Assisting directly to Executive Personal Assistant to CEO.
