Job Scopes:
# Assist the Manager in the daily operation and management of the Branch Customer Service Operation to ensure a high level of service to customers at all times, while ensuring compliance with all controls, regulatory requirements and budget limits.
# Attend to complaints and exceptions that may arise from time to time by working with all relevant internal and external parties until resolved
# Play a central role in the Company’s customer service initiatives
# Staff Management e.g. Daily Staff scheduling and leave management
# Ensuring compliance to all regulations and internal policies including audit/COSO
# Manage daily cash collections
# Perform random inspection and checks on stipulated controls in cash management
Requirements:
* Possess a Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
* Min 3 to 4 years relevant working experience playing a supervisory role in the Branch Front Desk Customer Service operations environment from any of the services and financial services industries
* Possess strong leadership skills to lead a team
* Assistant Manager and / or Senior Executive / Senior Officer of Branch service operation are encouraged to apply
* Posses attributes of a good and effective coach to the team members
* Has a strong passion to help others and is highly customer service oriented.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Communicates well with all levels and fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
* Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
* Matured and able to handle ever changing and challenging situations while remaining composed and professional.
