Call Centre Executives, Emergency Response Management

ERM is dedicated to provide quality care and service through the provision of an Emergency contact centre, operating an ambulance service and other related services. In line with our newly expanded Emergency Contact Call Centre, we are recruiting for dedicated and well-trained call centre executives to provide first contact of emergency and distress calls from various type of customers.

Job vacancy: Call Centre Executives

Location: Plaza Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

The Job

To answer and attend to emergency and distress calls from all class of customers
To liaise closely with medical doctors, paramedics and ambulance emergency responder personnel
To respond to customers’ requests, inquiries, complaints etc efficiently and promptly with strict adherence to Company’s set of procedures and guidelines
To deliver excellent 24-hours telephone customer service in a consistent and professional manner.

The Person

Degree in any discipline OR Diploma in SRN or /Hospitality or any related fields preferably with medical knowledge background
Knowledge of medical terminologies and emergency response like CPR is an added advantages but not essential as TRAINING will be provided
Minimum 2-year working experience in call centre customer service industry.Those with working experience in card centre, telemarketing, banking operations or customer service are highly recommended to apply
Strong command of English language and Bahasa Malaysia is a MUST. Knowledge in third language / dialect will be advantageous
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literate
A strong team player
Willing to work on a 24-hour shift,weekends, public holidays
Must possess own transport
