Job vacancy: Field Support Engineer, Senai, Johor

Responsibilities:

Be Part of the Field Service Team in service, installation, repair and retrofit of automated process and test equipment at customer sites in South East Asia.
Assist in training the customers on the operational and/or maintenance aspects of Media Process equipment.
Provide daily / weekly report to the Field Service Manager.
Customer and service oriented.

Requirements:

Degree in Mechantronic or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
At least 2 years related experience
Willing to work flexi hours and on weekend
Able to travel at short notice
Experience in storage industry is an advantage
Able to communicate patiently and effectively in English And Bahasa Malaysia with different levels of people in the customer’s premises
Must be independent, enthusiastic and good interpersonal skill.
