REQUIREMENT:
- Minimum Diploma or SPM holder.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Job purpose
Act as the first contact person for visitors and callers to the company.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
- Responsible for welcoming visitors, informing staff of their arrival and directing visitors to their destination.
- Operates the hunting line, processing incoming calls and placing calls as required.
- To perform miscellaneous clerical tasks such as receiving mails, dispatching outgoing mails photocopying, data entry, filing and record keeping.
- To records all outgoing and incoming mails for better tracking.
- To participate in quality improvement plan for continual improvement in quality system (ISO), product and services.
- Assist the Administration Officer in the execution and controlling of the office services programs to ensure the effective procurement, integration and maintenance of administrative services toward the smooth running of the business operations.
- To participate in any company activities pertaining to training, fire fighting and safety and health.
- To carry out any task instructed by the management / Managing Director as and when required.

JOB SUMMARY
§ Perform clerical duties as required.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Maintenance of filling in general for PO/DO/letters/ etc
- Record log book for all LPO ubat/alat received before entry in laporan prestasi
- Record DO before dispatch to store for deliveries
- ISO score calculation for suppliers evaluation for ubat / alat
- Necessary instruction from other colleagues – typing/creating files/ fax/ communications etc
- Assisting other Admin Assistant at Pharmacy Department in DO & INV generation for ubat / alat
- Poision recording activity
- Assisting E-pero daily monitoring
- Quotation / tender
- Others as instructed by MD & head of department

Position: RECEPTIONIST CUM ADMIN CLERKS
Scope/Purpose of Job:
- Provide administrative support to manage and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone calls courteously , promptly. efficiently, and demonstrating a professional phone etiquette.
- Handle visitors courteously, ensure that they are immediately attended to.
- Keep stock, distribute, maintain & replenish stationery of office as and when necessary and managing the front office reception area. Maintain a tidy and professional front office environment.
- Handle mails, faxes and courier services and assist in sorting and distribution.
- Assist in overall office administration and maintenance of records.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by your immediate superior to you from time to time.
Requirements :
- SPM/Certificate/Diploma or equivalent.
- Pleasant and friendly personality with good telephone etiquette.
- Good computer skills: Word and Excel knowledge essential.
- Good command of both English language and Bahasa Malaysia.
