Job vacancy: Customer Care Consultant-Contact Centre (SS2/Shah Alam)

Requirements:-
- SPM/Diploma holders (with working experience in service industry)
- Degree holders (fresh graduates)
- Good communication skills in BM and English
- Able to work on rotating shifts
- Have own transport

Responsibilities:-
- Handling inbound calls
- Provide quality customer service

Other requirements:-
a.       Self Confident & Customer Service oriented
b.       Positive working attitude, patient & good overall etiquette
c.        Problem solver and team player
d.       Self-starter, good initiatives & proactive
e.        Tactful, able to handle stressful situation and deadlines
f.         Polite, friendly, a good listener and resourceful
g.        Must be willing to work in either locations (Shah Alam/SS2) if required
h.     Computer literate

Salary:-
RM 1500 (Basic)
RM 500/month (Incentive Payment, variable)
RM 11/occasion (Transport Allowance) *excludes normal office hours
RM 12 – 20/occasion (Shift Allowance) *excludes normal office hours
RM 250 (Language Allowance, only for Mandarin speakers
