Job Vacancy: Customer Service Executive
As front line personnel you are expected to provide courteous and effective customer communications and related supporting services in our Call Center including performing order processing, order tracking and quotation preparations.
The requirements:
- A Diploma or Degree in any business related field.
- With or without working experience.
- Customer-oriented with self-initiative and a team player.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
