Vacancy: Customer Service Executive, Shah Alam

The job requires the incumbent to provide excellent and extraordinary service through effective phone interaction with the users and customers, with focus on resolving issues and queries. All problems and issues raised need to be attended professionally and courteously to create customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

The candidates must have a Diploma or Degree in any discipline, with prior working experience and exposure in related industry and specialization
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal capability with fluency in English both writing and speaking. Pleasant tone of voice, voice of disposition, and good composure
