Vacancy: Customer Service Officer, Klang Valley.

The Customer Service Officer will be mainly responsible to manage inquiries and complaints from customers, as well as conducting customer satisfaction survey. All complaints keyed in into the systems must be attended and investigated in timely and speedy manner.

Additionally, the Officer will also analyzes, on periodical basis, the performance information and statistics recorded in the system. He or she needs to respond and resolve problems raised by the customers professionally and courteously. The person will also need to support operation function and ensure smooth and efficient customer service delivery.
