Job vacancy: Customer Service Representative, Kuala Lumpur

Requirement:

1. Must be able to work on shift including weekend and public holiday

2. Age between 24 to 35 years old

3. Diploma or general degree qualification

4. Minimum 2 years experience in service/ sales industry, preferably in telco industry

5. Able to speak English, Bahasa, and/or Mandarin

Job Description:

1. Handling phone transactions by answering inbound calls and making outgoing calls to customers with objective to resolve customer enquiries

2. Ensure customer receives positive experience through quality handling of each inbound and outbound telephone call, which will contribute to increased customer loyalty and overall satisfaction

3. Provide an accurate, efficient and quality service that exceeds customers’ expectations

4. Meet personal, team and department Key Performance Index (KPI) as per contact centre requirements

5. Escalate related customer issue to appropriate person
6. Performs other related duties as assigned
