Job vacancy: Customer Support Officer, Head Office

The Customer Support Officer will undertake responsibility to pay visit to companies in assigned territory and identify prospects and potential customers. He or she will also develop good relationship with the assigned clients/accounts and strive to maximize customer satisfaction.

In addition, the officer will conduct user training on multi-function machines and related software, conduct customer satisfaction survey and attend to inquiries, requests and sales order.

As a requirement, the candidate must have a Diploma or Degree in related discipline, with pleasant personality and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The person must be willing to travel extensively whenever required.
