Vacancy: Drilling Engineer

The Drilling Engineer will be part of a drill team, together with staff in the rig operations as well as materials and contracting personnel in planning and designing oil gas wells. Additionally, the person will provide solutions to real time problems and monitor the drilling phase. The requires the incumbent to travel occasionally to operation sites.

Interested candidates should have a Degree or Masters in Chemical, Electrical, Environment, Civil, Materials or Petroleum Engineering with 3 or more years of working experience in the relevant field. Knowledge in the following is desirable: Hydraulics, problem solving, drilling rig design, rock mechanics, geology and cement slurry formation.
