Job Vacancy: Equipment Engineer

The Equipment Engineer is responsible to improve the OPE of Automated/Semi Automated production equipment and work to improve the speed, cost, quality and safety. He or she is also responsible to lead the equipment or capacity expansion comissioning and installation. The incumbent is also expected to improve tooling and sustaining spares cost.

Requirements:

Interested candidates must possess Degree in Engineering i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic or equivalent with experience in high volume manufacturing
Good knowledge in TPM Methodology, as well as in Visual C++
Strong organizational and execution skills
Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external team as well as at international level
Result oriented and have a skillful performance management
