Job vacancy: Global Support Executive, Cyberjaya

Responsibilities:

Answering inbound calls and provide customer service assistance on the daily banking operation transactional activities to the UK and US region customers.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / “O” Level, STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh Diploma, Advanced Diploma & Degree holders graduates are encouraged to apply. SPM School leavers will also consider provided the English subject must score “Distinction”.
Required language(s): Must be “FLUENT” in English both written & spoken.
Transportation will be provided.
Must be willing to work and based at Cyberjaya, Selangor DE.
