HR Assistant, Bandar Sunway
• Preparation of appointment, confirmation, transfer and resignation letters, as well as other HR correspondence.
• Assisting in the recruitment process, in particular, arranging interviews.
• Updating and maintaining of proper Leave records for all staff.
• Ensuring all records/ data are correctly recorded and kept updated relating to new staff, salary changes, promotions, transfer and resignation.
• Handling queries in relation to HR related matters.
• Minimum Diploma, preferably in HR Management, Business or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience. Working experience in a similar capacity would be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in MS Office applications especially MS Word and MS Excel.
• Meticulous and possess high degree of integrity, with ability to meet deadlines.
• Positive working attitude and able to work independently as well as in a team.
