ERL Maintenance Support Sdn Bhd (E-MAS) is a company which is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit which link between Kuala Lumpur Sentral (KL Sentral) and Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).

Job vacancy: Human Resource Executive

The position of Human Resource (HR) Executive requires a candidate who holds a Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent field, with working experience ranging between 3 to 5 years in similar capacity. The person must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with all levels of employees and managerial team.

Additionally, the incumbent must also have good knowledge and understanding of labour and employment law. He or she is disciplined and resourceful with ability to work on tight schedule. Knowledge in SAP HR will be an added advantage.
