Vacancy: Human Resource Executive
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible to handle both Human Resource and administration functions, and reports to the HR Manager. The person’s key task include assisting the HR Manager to handle employee relation aspects, employee welfare as well as inter-department communication. Additionally, he or she will organize the Company events and functions, as well as manage daily office administration and general safety.
The candidates need to have a Degree in Human Resources or related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in similar field and capacity. Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia as well as English, as well as knowledge in the Employment Act and Industrial Relations Act.
