Position: IT Helpdesk, Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur (English & Mandarin Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Properly identifies and accurately registers CIs
- Identifies unauthorized CI changes, escalates non-compliance issues to Configuration management
- Monitors, verifies and participates in auditing CMDB data
- Participate in evaluation of the configuration management process.
Requirements:
- Have tertiary certification in IT related field.
- Preferably females with exposure in Customer Service, Helpdesk Environment
- Preferably Mandarin speaking FEMALE candidates
- Able to start immediately
