    To whom it may concern, i noted that in the few years back that the trend of employing more and more graduate seem very much appreciated, but what about those people who only have experiences and without papers? Are they being consider to work in a large company or industries such as banking or other institution. I have been searching for good job for many years but all come to frustating result, just because i do not having any qualification and in the wrong line perhaps….i’m in auditing line for many years and step up the ladder slowly and gradually manage to be come a manager, but lately what i see was the trend of hiring has change tremendously and what happen was most all the experiences people being shove away and newly and fresh people being easy to get job just because of having a piece of paper…what about experiences…and most gradute were asking more salary then they suppossed be getting. Please be fair….
