Position: Customer Service Executive, Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound telephone calls, facsimile and email from customers.
- Provide information to customers with regard to general and product inquiries as well as understanding customer needs.
- Identify issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Ensure that each call is handled in a way that contributes to the overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Possess an Honours Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a recognized academic institutions
- SPM holders with call center/banking experience are encouraged to apply but must be “FLUENT” in English both written & spokenComputer literate (expected to be able to operate MS Office)
- Has long-term commitment for career growth
- Able to speak/write fluently in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to read and write in languages other than Bahasa Malaysia and English is an added advantage
- Immediately available
- Able to work flexible and shift hours on a 24 hour, 365 days a year basis
- Able to work full time on contract basis (currently 1 year contract)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good team player
- Must be able to work at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
