Vacancy 1: Project Manager (Selangor/Kuala Lumpur)
- Able to manage, plan and ensure that all projects are within cost, schedule and of good quality
- Coordinate and liaise closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers and local authorities from concept, design and development stage
- Well verse with financial feasibility studies, project planning and management, project cash flow; land development procedures and current authorities’ guidelines and policies.
Vacancy 2: IT Specialist (Kuala Lumpur)
Responsibilities:
- To troubleshoot and identify the nature and scope of hardware/software issues, and implement effective solutions.
- To interact professionally with internal customers, maintain effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the users as well as management team to effectively meet departmental objectives.
- To ensure server stability and system performance.
- To maintain existing computer programs, applications and system documentation to promote compliance and enhancements.
- Able to formulate and maintain IT Asset Management and MIS policies.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma holder in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in IT Technical / Support.
- Proficiency in networking, LAN/WAN/Internet, Windows 2000/XP/2003 servers or desktops.
- Self motivated, enthusiastic, desire to excel and have a keen sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills, enthusiastic, able to work independently, self-motivated and excellent logical thinking.
- Candidate should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
Vacancy 3: Sales & Marketing Assistant/Executive (Seri Kembangan, Selangor)
- Min SPM or equivalent.
- No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Must be willing to work during weekends.
- Able to speak in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Successful candidates will be based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
