Vacancy: Management Associate
(Based in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Johor Bahru, Penang, Sibu & Kuching)
The Management Associate will be responsible to implement the business, activity and performance management plans and spearhead the recruitment drive of high quality Financial Consultants in line with the company’s objectives and framework.
The person will also be required to train, supervise and develop Financial Consultants and render excellent customer support & service to the clients. Additionally, he or she will be expected to constantly improve and upgrade the skills and competencies for themselves.
Requirements:
- The candidate must be a dynamic and result-oriented individual with good interpersonal skills and business acumen, preferably with marketing and sales experience in the insurance industry
- Self motivated, ambitious high achievers who possess strong desire to build an exciting and rewarding career
- Those who are presenting sales and marketing staff within the financial services industry are encouraged to apply
