Job Description:

Management Trainees have three major Stages to work on in Centurion Marketing Group.

STAGE 1: Sales and Marketing Role:

In Sales & Marketing Role, you will be understanding the fundamentals of Sales and Marketing protocols and systems in place within the company. This gives you good exposure about the ground level operations of the company. Duration : 2 months

STAGE 2: Team Management Role:

In Team Management Role you will be responsible for Training & Developing team members with the knowledge and experience you have gained at STAGE 1. Duration: 4 Months.

STAGE3: Business Development Role:

In Business Development Role you will be responsible for the whole branch office operations. This involves managing administrative staff, day to day office operations as well as business expansion to other majoir cities in Malaysia and also overseas.
