Job vacancy: Telemarketer (Insurance Policies)
20 Positions (> RM1800 + Commission), Kuala Lumpur

Job Description:

•Responsible for making sales calls to introduce and promote insurance products.
•Manage customer’s enquiries on insurance products/services
•Achieving sales and team sales targets
•Responsible for providing excellent customer service via telesales services and maintaining a high level of service at all times.

Job Requirements:

•SPM / STPM / Diploma / Certificate, or Degree holders in any field or recognized professional insurance qualifications
•Relevant 1-2 years working experience in telesales or sales (Insurance industry will be an added advantage)
•Candidates with a proven track record in Telesales/Telemarketing/Sales are strongly encourage to apply
•Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills, self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals and targets.
•Prepared to work in fast-paced, sales driven and rewarding environment.
•Proficient in written and spoken Malay and English. Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
•Confident telephone skills and good time management and organizational skills.
•Able to commence work immediate
•20 Full-Time positions available.

    I am carol from the Philippines, i would like to know if you hire foreign workers from the philippines to fill your vacancies. I dont have experience in a call center industry, but i was working as marketer in a recruitment agency annd im responsible in dealing overseas clients. pls advise me if you hire workers from the Philippines. Or would like to inform that right now im still working in a recuitment agency here in the philippines, you can also contact us if you want to hire filipino workers. thanks and regards
