Job vacancy: Marketing & Sales Executive, Petaling Jaya

Responsibilities:

Provide one-stop comprehensive financial services to customers
Establish & strengthen client relationships
Perform order management duties in a computerized environment
Co-ordinate with various departments to ensure delivery commitments to customers are fulfilled
Communicate with customers on enquiries, quotations and all sales matters through to completion
Perform Inventory Management and plan stock replenishment
Prepare and check the month end report
Identify and discuss with superior on problem/outstanding cases and how to resolve them.

Requirements:

Min diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management
Other field of principal will also be considered
Good network of business contacts
Those with experience in the insurance industry will have an advantage
Computer literate and proficient in data management
High analytical ability, problem solving & decision making
Positive attitude, energetic and multi-tasking
Naturally proactive with strong customer focus instincts
Desire to be a Professional, Willing to learn, those interested to develop their career in financial services sector are most welcome
