Requirements:
Auditing of inbound sales call
Team motivation
Ensure KPIs are met
Implementation of operation processes
Manage team issues and ensure teamwork
Must be able to speak fluent English
Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese would be an added advantage
Fresh graduate are welcomed
