Planning Executive, Dumex

As a Planning Executive (to be based in Nilai), you are responsible to maintain master data e.g. new product, new customer, pricing and assist in preparing monthly forecast.

Other responsibilities include:

Monitor sales, supply situation and coordinate with related function to meet target service level
Prepare and analyze the statistical and baseline forecast
Communicate with customers regarding demand and supply issue
Prepare and analyze reports

Requirements:

Possess a Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related with 2 to 3 years of working experience, or
Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain and Logistics with 3 to 5 years of experience
Experience and exposure in demand, production or materials planning or purchasing is an added advantage
Good communication skills, with knowledge in SAP and preferably possess experience in FMCG environment
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 1400, computer literate and know-how in MS Office applications
