Procurement Analyst, Philip Morris

Philip Morris Malaysia is a manufacturing of tobacco products, including Marlboro & L&M cigarettes, both for export and for sale into the Malaysian Market. The company is an affiliate of Philip Morris International Inc which is based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Position: Procurement Analyst, Kuala Lumpur

The person will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of supply at optimal cost of the flexible packaging materials used in cigarette manufacturing by the manufacturing affiliates and contract manufacturers of Philip Morris Asia Pacific. He or she will also be responsible to represent the Asia region in global negotiations.

Requirement:

Degree in any discipline, preferably Business, Economics, Supply Chain or Finance with minimum 3 years of professional working experience in strategic planning and procurement in a multinational company
Experience in flexible packaging materials
Strong communication skill and persuasive in presenting, resolving issues and negotiating with suppliers
Knowledge of project management and SAP system will be an added advantage
