Vacancy: Project Manager (Selangor/Kuala Lumpur)

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying or its equivalent.
Min 6 years working experience in property management, preferably in property development management.
Able to manage, plan and ensure that all projects are within cost, schedule and of good quality.
Coordinate and liaise closely with consultants, contractors, suppliers and local authorities from concept, design and development stage.
Well verse with financial feasibility studies, project planning and management, project cash flow; land development procedures and current authorities’ guidelines and policies.
