We are a local manufacturing company established since 1996 in Sungai Petani, Kedah and involved in the manufacturing and sale of premium natural and synthetic rubber parts mostly for the electronics, automotive and healthcare industry. Our products are mostly exported globally to multinational companies originated from America, Europe and Asia.

Quality Assurance Senior Executive, Sg. Petani, Kedah.

Responsibilities
•Lead Quality Assurance team effectively and manage all internal & external quality issues.
•Establish proper process control in manufacturing (IPQA) and final inspection gate (FQA) to meet the customers’ quality requirements.
•Work closely with customers and internal production team to meet production yield targets and goals.
•Responsible for customers and suppliers audit, including progressive setting and tracking of international quality standards and procedures.

Requirements
•Candidate must possess at least an Advance / Higher / Graduate Diploma or professional certification and/or its equivalent.
•In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, auditing procedures and process improvement tools.
•Those with knowledge of QMR & EMR in ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 are preferred.
•Posses 3 years working experience as QC/QA in manufacturing field.
•Computer literate, i.e. MS Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
•Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
