Quality Engineer, CTRM

CTRM is a well established corporation that pioneers the manufacturing of aircraft components and assembly of light craft in Malaysia. The company is looking for aspiring individuals who would be interested to join the growing and dynamic team, and drive things happen. The position will be based in one of CTRM’s subsidiaries – CTRM Aero Composites Sdn Bhd which has main facilities in Batu Berendam, Melaka.

Job Vacancy: Quality Engineer, Melaka.

Candidates applying for this position must possess at least a Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing and Applied Science with a min of 3 years of working experience in the related field. Possess excellent communication, both verbal and written, with good understanding in product analysis, costing and negotiations.

The incumbent must have a positive attitude and willing to go the extra miles in order to achieve the company’s objective. He or she is expected to possess knowledge in using major design software i.e. AutoCad and so on. Preferably, a candidate with knowledge in lean manufacturing, 5S philosophy, poke-yoke, kaizen, 8D problem solving techniques and other production applications.
