Job vacancy: Recruitment Consultant, Shah Alam

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing applications, interviewing and assessing candidates and short listing for interview according to the clients expressed criteria;
* Contacting clients by telephone and often cold-calling, to establish their precise recruitment requirements;
* Drafting and strategically placing advertisements
* Making arrangements for candidates to be interviewed and preparing the candidates for interview;
* Obtaining feedback from client of performance of candidates placed with them
* Work with fellow team members to achieve monthly sales target

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in any discipline
* Experience in recruitment, customer service, sales or any related field
* Able to Think \“out-of-the-box\” and assist in management team to formulate and execute the business strategies
* Adaptable to changing work environment, proactive in resolving issues and
able to work under pressure
* Career focused, organised, multi-tasked, strong sense of urgency, result oriented and resourceful
