REGROUP provides real estate valuation services to financial institutions, corporations and individuals. Valuations may be conducted for mortgage, disposal, acquisition or balance sheet purposes.
We are often retained by property companies to provide valuation opinions, investigations, assessments and studies on properties being considered for acquisition, as part of our overall advice to these companies.

1. Research Executive
Responsibilities:
- To collect, collate and analyse market data on all property sectors on demand, supply, rents, prices, transactions, yields, demographics, industry and economic indices and to update this regularly.
- To maintain, sort and keep record of newspaper reports, articles, trade journals, newsletter on the property industry, finance, government policies, economy as well as local and foreign companies related to the property industry.
- Keep a library of property-related textbooks, government acts and statutes, directories, compendiums, company annual reports and ROC company records for use by Regroup Associates Sdn Bhd.
- To keep abreast of the latest property and related news as well as developments in research techniques and methodologies.
- To ensure good customer service with all enquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.
- To carry out all relevant tasks which are associated with the preparation of research reports, and ensuring that the data collected or information received or conclusions drawn are in order for inclusion in the reports.
- When necessary, assist the Manager in training and supervising junior research staff and undertaking the said in a professional and competent manner.
- Assist in the collection of research fees and control of operation costs of Regroup Associates Sdn Bhd.
- Creating a good public image of the Company.
- To uphold good personal image and conduct.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Town Planning/ Land Management/Economics/Statistics/IT or any other related field.
- Competent with spreadsheet
- Competent & able to work independently with minimum supervision, self motivated, hardworking, integrity, attentive to details, and able to work in a team.
- Remuneration package will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
2. Research Assistant
Responsibilities:
- To conduct site survey / fieldwork on property sector as assigned.
- To assist in data entry using computer software. Training will be provided on the application/software.
- To assist in filing, maintaining, sorting and keeping published materials as instructed by senior management of the company.
- To carry out all relevant tasks which are associated with the preparation of research reports.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM in any field.
- Computer literate.
- Competent & able to work independently with minimum supervision, self motivated, hardworking, integrity, attentive to details, and able to work in a team.
- Remuneration package will commensurate with qualifications and experience.
