Restaurant Manager, NFC

Job vacancy: Restaurant Manager, Solaris, Mont Kiara

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations including sales review, cost control, customer relations, production, human resources, procurement and inventory management.
• Able to lead, train and motivate the restaurant team in delivering excellent service.
• Formulate sales and promotion activities to increase sales of outlet items
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction by providing the highest level of hospitality and product quality.
• Supervise and monitor the daily operation and adhere strictly to the policies of the restaurant.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the quality of food and beverage product, services, daily operations and workflow of the restaurant.
• Manage the costs efficiently and conduct menu planning in a creative manner in order to increase F&B sales.
• Liaising with merchandiser and cook in terms of process, product and procedure.
• List of responsibilities is not only unlimited to that stated above. Relevant tasks in relation to the position ad hand are highly expected.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Preparation/ Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Good communication, administration skills, able to work independently.
• Preferred skill(s): Multinational environment interaction.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Must be able to perform shift duties, work on weekends and public holidays.
