Vacancy: Sales Supervisor (Klang Valley, Malacca, Kota Bharu)

The Sales Supervisor acts a servicing agent distributor and will be taking responsibility to achieve the assigned sales target and quota. The person will also be monitoring and leading agent’s sales team towards meeting the company goals and objectives.

Additionally, the incumbent plan, identifies and develop new lead/business opportunities and grow the market reach of company’s products. He or she will need to establish aggressive sales strategy and strive to achieve the overall stipulated sales target.

Requirements:

The person should have a min qualification of Higher Secondary, STPM, A-Level or Diploma, having good interpersonal and communication skills
Possess 3 years of experience in the retail sector or FMCG industry
Ability to converse well in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
Possess own transport and is willing to travel extensively
