Vacancy: Shipping Assistant.

The Shipping Assistant will be responsible to handle export documentation as well as prepare all the necessary shipping & logistic documents for bank related matters such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading and so on. He or she will closely liaise with forwarders and carriers, tracking the latest shipment delivery status.

The person must have at least an SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia), with certificate in Export Shipping Documentation and a min of 3 years of related experience handling shipment for export purposes. Possess exposure in the L/C with SAP shipping knowledge will be an added advantage.
