System Analyst, Abbott

Abbot Laboratories is a multinational health care company is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies operating in Malaysia. The company is devoted to the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of nutritional, pharmaceutical and medical products. The company is seeking for dynamic professionals to come on board.

Vacancy: System Analyst (BI/Data Warehouse – Shah Alam)

The person will be responsible to understand business, system and application requirements, develop the functional requirements and technical design documents, test plans and rollout plans. The person will also conduct training and coaching to users, maintain the application in a production environment as well as providing post implementation support to users.

Requirements:

Hold a Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, with 5 years of experience, especially in Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications development and implementation
Experience in Cognos BI and relational database e.g. IBM DB2, MS-SQL Server. Motivated and independent with problem solving skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
