Job vacancy: Telemarketing Contact Centre (TMCC), Kuala Lumpur
Responsibilities:
- Perform Outbound calls to promote TM products and promotion and generate targeted sales for the company
- Answering and responding to inbound calls on TM product promotion & packages, enquiries according to specified Practice and Procedure
- Ensure comprehensive information is captures on internal system so that a colleague can understand what occurred and been agreed on the call
- To provide accurate information / solution / service with excellent telephone courtesy
- Perform, participate and contribute to quality initiatives i.e ISO 9001 & TMBEA
Requirements:
- Good command / fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Sales Oriented
- Min. SPM holders
- Have Minimum technical knowledge (internet, Broadband)
